       中学高级教师，河北省特级教师。多年从事班主任及语文教学工作，曾担任学校教导主任、教学副校长。多次在省市级做评优课、观摩课、示范课，并在国家、省、市级发表多篇论文。参与编写了《承德传统文化》校本教材，主持了“心理教育”、“快乐体育”、“自主学习”、“校本课程开发”等多项课题研究。“十一五”后期，主持参与的《开发学生潜能，提高课堂教学效益的研究》被列为河北省科学规划办资助经费重点课题。
